About
I’m Diogo Terra Nova, a designer and front-end developer based in Lisbon, Portugal.
I work across both design and front-end development, turning ideas into production-ready digital products. Over the years, I’ve built everything from self-service banking software and financial portals to full-scale design systems for retail networks. I take projects all the way from early research and wireframes to the actual code that goes into production.
Outside of large projects, I also work on solo projects like building custom web applications from scratch or setting up workflow automations to speed up production. Lately, I’ve been diving deep into AI engineering, expanding my toolkit to integrate local LLMs and modern AI tools directly into the product experience.
What I do
Front-End Development
Building React web and mobile applications with a focus on performance and usability, while also developing custom WordPress and Umbraco websites.
Graphic Design
From brand identities to presentations and infographics, I create visual communication that helps businesses explain ideas with clarity and impact.
Motion Design
Creating communication pieces and dynamic illustrations for video and web, bringing interfaces, brands, and content to life through motion.
